"oh, no no, you don't... you really don't wanna see me dance, mr. stark. trust me." peter let out a laugh because as much alcohol that morgan... madelyn had at her party, there still wasn't enough to make him do... that. in public. yeah, that was a bad idea and peter just knew that tony would get edith to film it as some sort of blackmail to hold over his head and endlessly tease him about and... yeah, he didn't need that. sure, he could dance a little bit, may had taught him a few steps before he'd been supposed to take liz to homecoming, but... yeah, no. not a chance. "maybe morgan will though? or miss potts if she's here somewhere? have they met even though they... both don't remember each other?"

"as someone who's had his life ruined a time or two, i get it," peter empathized with a shrug. first with mysterio and then... undoing the damage that had been done by that by completely disappearing. the latter of which... had brought on a lot of complications when it was as if he'd never existed. as much as peter disliked this place and had never planned on coming here? at least he... existed again and it could be an actual fresh start. however, this wasn't about him, this was about his new friend. "what... happened?"

"oh, well that makes kicking the ass of the person who hurt my ma a bit... complicated," peter teased, nudging her shoulder with his. he knew she could take care of herself, obviously, but he still looked out for her. it was... the less selfish reason as to why he kept his secret from her. knowing his secret was dangerous. it could be said that not knowing was almost as dangerous too, but... there were more reasons than just that of course. no, it was better this way. "you wanna... talk about it though?"

"oh, uh, yeah... yeah, i guess i have a little," peter fussed with the curls that he'd let come in a little over the last several months simply because he couldn't be bothered with getting a haircut with a furrowed brow. was tony just now... noticing? peter's senses told him something was... off. not in a danger way like the gala, which was all but a distant memory at that point, but... yes, something was different about tony. had something happened? "yeah, i guess i just haven't had a chance to get it cut in awhile. anyway, you... you alright, mr. stark?"

clearly, peter sucked at keeping his secret and really... it was surprising that he'd managed to keep it a secret from his roommate as long as he had. all it had taken was coming back in his suit when he thought jess was gone. "i, uh... don't really have many that aren't... like me. the few that aren't, i haven't told them anything. my... mother doesn't even know. it's... better that they don't." it was better for everyone, especially himself and that had been clear when his identity had been leaked to the entire world. it hadn't even just affected his life, but his best friend's and his girlfriend at the time.

a confusion that couldn't have been more evident crossed over peter's features at the question. "i... wasn't aware i needed a plan." he knew there were some out there that thought the inevitability of a zombie outbreak was very real, but he wasn't one of those. it just wasn't scientifically possible. and jess was probably the last person he'd imagine to bring it up, but alright, he'd bite. "find a weapon, then find shelter. maybe in a grocery store or something that way supplies are readily available? maybe up in the ceiling where they'd have a hard time getting to." he shrugged then. not bad for a split second idea. "what's your plan?"

peter was... adjusting to life here in this unfamiliar city. he’d managed to get himself a job as a photographer for one of the local papers and in turn a decent place in south london, but he missed home. he missed mj and... he missed his life there. by all accounts nothing about this place made sense and things just kept getting weirder. he was at the park one day getting some shots for his portfolio when someone walked into his distance shot made his breath hitch and his brow furrow. it couldn’t be. harry had died... long ago. yet, when he glanced up from his camera and squinted into the distance, there was no mistaking who it was. he crossed over towards him. “harry?” he said, stopping a few feet away. “oh my god, is it... is it really you, buddy?”
